Tarka Masala Recipe

Preparation

✤Tarka Dal 75 g, ✤Cookme Tarka Mix 2 tsp, ✤Onion 1 piece, ✤Tomato 1 piece, ✤Salt to taste

How to Cook?

Take a bowl and add ‘Cookme Tarka Mix Powder’ with water to make a thick paste and keep aside. Boil the tarka dal and keep aside. Fry onion and tomato pieces till golden brown in a pan. Pour the paste made with ‘Cookme Tarka Mix’ in it and add salt and sugar to taste. Pour the boiled tarka dal in the pan and cook for sometime. Add adequate amount of water and cook till the gravy thickens. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
