Sabji Masala Recipe


✤Take any vegetables as per choice 500 g, ✤Cookme Sabji Mix 2 tsp, ✤Tomato 1 piece, ✤Salt and Sugar to taste

How to Cook?

Take a bowl and mix ‘Cookme Sabji Mix’ with water to make thick paste and keep aside. Fry the vegetables in a pan till golden brown. Add chopped tomato pieces in it and stir for sometime. Now add the paste made with ‘Cookme Sabji Mix Masala Powder’ in it and stir for a while. Add salt and sugar to taste and water as per requirement. Cover the pan and cook on a low flame till the gravy thickens. Serve hot.
