Pav Bhaji Masala Recipe
Preparation
✤Round pav (bread) 6 pieces, ✤Capsicum 1 piece, ✤Tomato 1 piece, ✤Potato 1 piece (large), ✤Onion 2 pieces (large), ✤Ginger paste 2 tsp, ✤Vegetables (cauliflower, carrot, beans, peas etc) 300 g, ✤Spring onion, ✤Butter 40g, ✤Cookme Pav Bhaji Mix 10g (2 tsp), ✤Salt to taste
How to Cook?
Boil vegetables and cut into small pieces. Boil 1 potato and smash. Heat butter in a pan, lightly fry round pav (bread) and keep aside. Saute sliced onion till golden brown. Add ginger paste, sliced capsicum, chopped tomato and stir for sometime. Add boiled vegetables and smashed potatoes and cook until done. Sprinkle 2 tsp (10g) ‘Cookme Pav Bhaji Mix Masala’ and salt to taste and mix well with vegetables. Garnish with chopped spring onion and serve hot, accompanied with fried pav.
