✤ Hakka Noodles 

Requirement:
🌱Noodles (raw) 100 g 🌱Chinese Magic Masala 2 tsp (8 – 10g) 🌱Capsicum, Onion, Green chillies & other Vegetables of your choice/ Scrambled egg or Shredded fried chicken as per requirements, Vinegar

How to Cook?
Fry capsicum, onion, green chillies, chopped garlic or any other vegetables of your choice in sunflower oil. Add the boiled noodles onto the vegetables & fry well. Now sprinkle the ‘Chinese Magic Masala‘ onto the noodles with continuous stirring. Add a hint (3-4 drops) of vinegar during frying. Add salt to taste.

 

Chilli Chicken/Chilli Paneer

Requirement:

for Marination:  🌱Chicken /Paneer 250 g 🌱Corn flour 2 tbsp 🌱Ginger-garlic paste 1 tbsp 🌱Red chilli powder ½ tsp 🌱Sunflower oil 1 tbsp 🌱Vinegar 1 tsp 🌱Salt 1 tsp

for Gravy: 🌱Capsicum 1 🌱Onion 1 🌱Chopped garlic 1 tbsp 🌱Green chilli 1 🌱Chinese Magic Masala 5 tsp (25 g) 🌱Ginger-garlic paste 1 tsp 🌱Tomato Ketchup 1tsp 🌱Salt & Sugar to taste 🌱Vinegar

How to Cook?

Prepare the marinated Chicken/Paneer with ingredients mentioned in the table & keep aside for 30 mins. Deep fry the chicken/paneer pieces until golden brown & keep aside. Now fry the chopped vegetables. Make a thick paste with the ‘Chinese Magic Masala’ & add the same on the fried vegetables. Add tomato ketchup, vinegar, salt & sugar as per requirement & stir well. Now add the fried chicken/paneer in the gravy & cook well. Add required amount of water & cook until the gravy thickens.

 

Fried Rice

Requirement:

🌱Rice (raw) 250 g 🌱Chopped Vegetables –Capsicum (1) 🌱Garlic (1 tsp)  🌱Green chilli (1 tsp) 🌱Carrot ( ½ ) 🌱Spring onion bulbs (1tbsp) 🌱Spring onion greens (1tsp) 🌱Chinese Magic Masala 2 tsp (10 g) 🌱Scrambled egg / Shredded fried chicken as per requirements 🌱Vinegar 1 tsp

How to Cook?

Fry all vegetables in sunflower oil until light brown in color. Now add the boiled rice in it & fry the mixture for 5 mins on a medium flame. Add the scrambled egg / shredded fried chicken & sprinkle the ‘Chinese Magic Masala‘ with continuous stirring until they are mixed in a uniform way. Add salt, sugar & vinegar to taste. Garnish it with spring onion greens on the top.

 

Honey Chicken

Requirement:

For Marination: 🌱Shredded Chicken 250 g 🌱Corn flour 2 tbsp 🌱Garlic paste 1 tsp 🌱Red chilli powder ½ tsp 🌱Sunflower oil 1 tbsp 🌱Chinese Magic Masala 1 tsp (5g) 🌱Salt 1 tsp

Gravy: 🌱Chopped garlic 1 tbsp 🌱Chopped green chilli 1 🌱Chinese Magic Masala 4 tsp (20g) 🌱Honey 4 tbsp 🌱Red chilli paste 2 tbsp 🌱White Sesame seeds 1 tsp 🌱Spring Onion greens 1 tsp

How to Cook?

Prepare the marinated chicken with ingredients mentioned in the table & keep aside for 30 mins. Deep fry the chicken pieces until crispy & keep aside. Now fry the chopped garlic & green chillies. Add honey & red chilli paste in it & stir well. Now add the thick paste with the ‘Chinese Magic Masala‘ along with salt & sugar as per requirement. Add the fried chicken in the gravy & cook well. Add required amount of water & cook until the gravy thickens. Sprinkle some spring onion greens & sesame seeds for garnishing

 

Garlic Chicken

Requirement:

For Marination: 🌱Chicken 250 g 🌱Garlic paste 1 tbsp 🌱Ginger paste 1 tsp 🌱Chinese Magic Masala 1tsp (5g) 🌱Sunflower oil 1 tbsp 🌱Vinegar 1 tsp 🌱Salt 1 tsp

For Gravy:  🌱Ginger-Garlic paste 3 tsp 🌱Green chilli 1 🌱Chopped garlic 1 tbsp 🌱Chinese Magic Masala 3 tsp (15g) 🌱Red chilli paste 1 tsp 🌱Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp 🌱Spring onion bulbs (chopped) 3 🌱Spring onion greens 1 tsp 🌱Vinegar

How to Cook?

Prepare the marinated chicken with ingredients mentioned in the table & keep aside for 30 mins. Deep fry the chicken pieces until golden brown & keep aside. Fry the spring onion & garlic. Now add ginger-garlic paste, red chilli paste & tomato ketchup in it & sauté for few mins. Make a thick paste with the ‘Chinese Magic Masala‘ & add the same. Add vinegar, salt & sugar as per requirement & stir well. Now add the fried chicken in the gravy & cook well. Add required amount of water & cook until the gravy thickens. Sprinkle some spring onion greens for garnishing the dish.

 

Soybean Manchurian

Requirement:

✤for Gravy: 🌱Chinese Magic Masala 25 g 🌱Cilantro ½ cup 🌱Red chilli paste 1 tsp (optional) 🌱Onion 1 🌱Capsicum 1 🌱Green chilli 1 🌱Ginger-garlic paste 1 tbsp 🌱Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp 🌱Vinegar

How to Cook?

Boil the soyabean in a pan until it becomes tender from the core. Drain out the excess water & marinate the same with ingredients mentioned in the table & keep aside for 30 mins. Deep fry the soybean pieces until golden brown & keep aside. Now fry the chopped vegetables. Make a thick paste with the ‘Chinese Magic Masala‘ & add the same on the fried vegetables. Add tomato ketchup, cilantro, vinegar, salt & sugar as per requirement & stir well. Now add the fried soybean in the gravy & cook well. Add required amount of water & cook until the gravy thickens. Sprinkle some cilantro for garnishing the dish.

 

Lemon Chicken

Requirement:

✤for Gravy: 🌱Ginger-Garlic paste 3 tsp 🌱Green chilli 1 🌱Chopped garlic 1 tsp 🌱Capsicum (diced) 1 🌱Chinese Magic Masala 4 tsp (20 g) 🌱Lemon juice 3 tbsp 🌱Honey – as per requirement 🌱Spring onion bulbs (chopped) 2-3

How to Cook?

Prepare the marinated chicken with ingredients mentioned in the table & keep aside for 30 mins. Deep fry the chicken pieces until golden brown & keep aside. Now fry the chopped vegetables. Make a thick paste with the ‘Chinese Magic Masala‘ & add the same on the fried vegetables. Add lemon juice, salt & sugar as per requirement & stir well. Now add the fried chicken in the gravy & cook well. Add required amount of water & honey & cook until the gravy thickens.

 

Man Chow Soup

Requirement:

🌱Noodles 50 g 🌱Cornflour 2-3 tbsp 🌱Capsicum 1 (finely chopped) 🌱Chopped garlic 1 tbsp 🌱Green chilli 1 🌱Ginger 1 tsp 🌱Chopped vegetables (Carrot, cabbage, Spring onion greens) 🌱Chinese Magic Masala 2 tsp (10 g) 🌱Corn flour 1 tbsp 🌱Vinegar 1 tsp 🌱Sunflower oil  🌱Salt Sugar 🌱Butter

How to Cook?

Preparation of noodles:
Boil the noodles, coat with 1 tbsp cornflour & deep fry until crispy & keep aside.
Preparation of soup:
Fry all vegetables in a pan till they turn light brown in color. Now add sufficient amount of water in it & boil for some time. Make a paste with the ‘Chinese Magic Masala‘ & add in it. Add salt, sugar & butter to taste. Add some corn flour to thicken the soup to a desired consistency. Add vinegar & sprinkle some spring onion greens to the prepared soup. Finally serve the soup with addition of previously fried crispy noodles on the top.

 

Dragon Chicken

Requirement:

For Gravy:🌱Sliced Capsicum – yellow, green 2 cups 🌱Chopped Spring onion bulbs 1 cup 🌱Sliced Tomato 1 🌱Chopped garlic 1 tsp 🌱Chopped Green chilli 1 🌱Ginger-garlic paste 1tbsp 🌱Chinese Magic Masala 4 tsp (20 g) 🌱Red chilli paste 1 tsp 🌱Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp 🌱Roasted cashew nuts ½ cup Vinegar

How to Cook?

Prepare the marinated chicken with ingredients mentioned in the table & keep aside for 30 mins. Deep fry the chicken pieces until crispy & keeps aside. Now fry the chopped vegetables. Make a thick paste with the ‘Chinese Magic Masala‘ & add the same on the fried vegetables. Add tomato ketchup, red chilli paste, vinegar, salt & sugar as per requirement & stir well. Now add the fried chicken & cashewnut in the gravy & cook well. Dry the gravy enough & serve as a spicy Chinese starter.

 

American Chopsuy

Requirement:

🌱 Noodles 50 g 🌱Cornflour 2 tbsp 🌱Chopped garlic 1 tbsp 🌱Green chilli 1 🌱Ginger-garlic paste 1 tsp 🌱Chopped vegetables (Capsicum, Carrot, Cabbage, Spring onion bulbs & greens) 1 cup 🌱Chinese Magic Masala 2 tsp (10 g) 🌱Tomato ketch up 2 tbsp 🌱Red chilli paste ½ tbsp🌱Vinegar 1 tsp 🌱Sunflower oil  🌱Salt 🌱Sugar 🌱Egg 1

How to Cook?

Preparation of noodles:
Boil the noodles for 2-3 mins, & coat with 2 tbsp cornflour. Deep fry until crispy & keep aside. Make sure that the noodles are not broken.
Preparation of gravy:
Fry all vegetables in a pan till they turn light brown in color. Add tomato ketchup & red chilli paste in it & stir for a while. Make a paste with the ‘Chinese Magic Masala‘ & add the same into the pan. Add salt & sugar to taste. Add spring onion greens to the prepared gravy. To prepare the American chopsuy pour the gravy on top of the crispy fried noodles. Garnish the dish with an egg poach on the top.
