Chilli Chicken Recipe
Preparation
✤Chicken (Bone/ Boneless) 250 g ✤ Cookme Chilli Chicken Mix 25 gm (5 tsp) ✤ Onion 2 pieces ✤ Capsicum 1 piece ✤ Green Chilli 6 pieces ✤ Cornflour 25 g (5 tsp) ✤ Ginger-garlic paste (½ tsp) ✤ Egg (optional) ✤ Salt and Sugar to taste
How to Cook?
Step I: Mix 5 tsp cornflour, a pinch of salt, ½ tsp ginger-garlic paste, egg/required amount of water in a bowl to prepare a batter. Now mix the chicken with the batter and fry until golden brown in colour.
Step II: Take a bowl; mix 25 g (5 tsp) ‘Cookme Chilli Chicken Mix’ with adequate water to make a paste and keep aside.
Step III: Heat required amount of oil in a pan and fry the chopped vegetables (onion, capsicum and green chilli slits) lightly. Add fried chicken (prepared in step I) in it and stir for a while. Add 2 cups water and boil for 2 minutes. Then add the paste made with ‘Cookme Chilli Chicken Mix’ (prepared in step II) and stir for a while. Add salt and sugar to taste and stir continuously till gravy thickens. Garnish with green chilli slits and serve hot.
