 🌱Onion  🌱Garlic
 🌱Cumin Powder  🌱Cardamom (Big)
 🌱Black Pepper  🌱Bay Leaf

Chicken Tandoori Recipe


✤Chicken 750g, ✤Ginger-Garlic Paste 4tsp, ✤Lemon Juice 2tsp, ✤Curd 75g, ✤Cookme Chicken Tandoori Mix 10g (2tsp), ✤Butter/Oil for brushing, ✤Cookme Kashmiri Mirch, ✤Salt to taste.

How to cook

Make cuts on each side of chicken. Make a paste with ‘Cookme Kashmiri Mirch powder‘, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice and salt. Rub this paste on chicken pieces evenly and keep aside for half an hour. Beat the curd and make a paste with ‘Cookme Chicken Tandoori Mix Masala Powder’. Marinate the paste over chicken and keep it aside for at least two and a half hour to three hours. Roast in a moderately hot tandoor or preheated oven (175ºC/350ºF) for 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven, brush with butter/oil and roast for another 3-4 minutes. Serve hot.
