Biriyani Recipe

Preparation

✤ Need Basmati Rice 500g ✤ Mutton/Chicken 500g ✤ Ginger-Garlic Paste 2tsp ✤ Cookme Biriyani Mix 25g (5 tsp) ✤ Clarified Butter (Ghee) ✤ Meetha Ator ✤ Rose Water ✤ Saffron (optional) ✤ Salt to taste✤ Need Basmati Rice 500g ✤ Mutton/Chicken 500g ✤ Ginger-Garlic Paste 2tsp ✤ Cookme Biriyani Mix 25g (5 tsp) ✤ Clarified Butter (Ghee) ✤ Meetha Ator ✤ Rose Water ✤ Saffron (optional) ✤ Salt to taste

How to Cook?

Boil the rice and keep aside. Take a bowl and add ‘Cookme Biriyani Masala Powder’ with water to make a thick paste and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger-garlic paste in it and stir for a while. Add Mutton/Chicken in it and cook for 10 minutes. Now add the paste made with ‘Cookme Biriyani Masala’ and stir. Add water and salt to taste and cook for 5 minutes. Take a handi and put the Mutton/Chicken and rice in layers. Add meetha ator and rose water according to taste (You may add saffron in it). Sprinkle some ‘Cookme Biriyani Masala’ over the rice. Put some ghee on the top layer of the rice and cover the handi. Keep it on a low flame for few minutes. Serve hot.
