How to Cook?
Need Vegetables 200 g, Whole Dry Red Chillies (2 pieces), Mustard Seeds (1/4 tsp), Cookme Sambar Mix 10 g (2 tsp), Arhar Dal 75 g, Cookme Turmeric Powder (1/4 tsp), Salt to taste.
Take a cup of water, mix ‘Cookme Sambar Mix’ to make a thick paste and keep aside. Boil dal and vegetables with ‘Cookme Turmeric Powder’ and keep aside. Heat oil in pan and add mustard seeds and dry red chillies in it. Now add boiled dal and vegetables and stir for a while. Now add the paste made with ‘Cookme Sambar Mix’ in it and salt to taste. Cook on a low flame. Serve hot.
