How to Cook?

Need 250 g Vegetable items of your choice (e.g. Potato, Jhinga, Ladies Finger, Parwal (Potol), Onion), 50 g Cookme Posto Bata, Salt to taste.

Take water in a bowl and mix 50 g ‘Cookme Posto Bata’ and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan and fry the vegetable items lightly. Add the mixture of ‘Cookme Posto Bata’ and cook for a while. Now add water and boil. Add salt to taste. Cook on low flame till gravy thickens. Serve hot.

‘Cookme Posto Bata’ could also be used for the preparation of Posto Vada, Piyaz (Onion) Posto and different veg and non-veg items.
