How to Cook?

Make a thick paste by adding required amount of water to the entire content of the pack of ‘Cookme Masala Dhoka Mix’ and keep it aside for 20 minutes. Heat 2 tsp oil in pan and sauté the paste made with ‘Cookme Masala Dhoka Mix’ in low flame to make the dough. Spread the dough in a flat plate and cut into several pieces as per your choice. Now fry these pieces in oil till golden brown. Delicious ‘Masala Dhoka’ is ready to serve.
