Chicken Tandoori Mix

How to Cook?
Need Chicken 750g, Ginger-Garlic Paste 4tsp, Lemon Juice 2tsp, Curd 75g, Cookme Chicken Tandoori Mix 10g (2tsp), Butter/Oil for brushing, Cookme Kashmiri Mirch, Salt to taste.
Make cuts on each side of chicken. Make a paste with ‘Cookme Kashmiri Mirch’ powder, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice and salt. Rub this paste on chicken pieces evenly and keep aside for half an hour. Beat the curd and make a paste with ‘Cookme Chicken Tandoori Mix’. Marinate the paste over chicken and keep it aside for at least two and a half hour to three hours. Roast in a moderately hot tandoor or preheated oven (175ºC/350ºF) for 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven, brush with butter/oil and roast for another 3-4 minutes. Serve hot.
